background and experience:
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Arts with a major in Psychology from Wilson College, Mumbai, and a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from SNDT Women’s University, Mumbai. My educational journey is complemented by a professional diploma in Counselling Psychology and extensive training in various therapeutic modalities, allowing me to offer a diverse and holistic approach to mental health. In addition to my academic qualifications, I am a certified Hypnotherapist and Graphologist, which further enhances my ability to understand and support my clients on multiple levels.

With a solid foundation in both practical and theoretical psychology, I have gained valuable experience through internships at a clinical setting, working closely under two experienced clinical psychologists. I have also worked as a school counsellor, helping students navigate emotional and psychological challenges, and currently, I run a private practice where I offer individual counselling and therapy. As a consultant psychologist, I provide professional guidance and support to organizations, enhancing their workplace environment and addressing mental health concerns.
